almost worst: I was once kicked in the bridge of my nose by a ' pet ' deer.


Best : being intentionally well over paid.

Worst one: Having a colleague die as a result of the stress caused by an EVIL customer.

Best one: Having an old dear make me sandwiches, lunch, drinks galore and Danish pastries and generally being the finest customer I've ever had. Gem she was.
