polished travertine..

Hello sages... Im about to quote on 17sq metres travertine flooring to lay. Its in a new build house on concrete floor (new). Im not sure how long the floor has been down.

Im laying with white adhesive and will seal the tiles during laying..before grouting and after grouting.

Whilst the floor is new and has no visible cracks in it my concern is that its still settling, I will use a 1 part flexi adhesive and grout but would anyone recommend suggesting ditra matting? or is that overkill?

cheers
